Un concentré de vitamines...


Pour 1 personne



- 2 carottes

- 1 petite branche de céleri

- 1 tomate

- 300ml d'eau

- Sel, poivre


1) Mettre tous les ingrédients dans un blender muni d'un filtre. Mixer.

2) Servir bien frais.
