Tartinade de chorizo

Recette de rillettes au chorizo

 

Ingrédients : 

- 200 grammes de chorizo fort

- 140 grammes de fromage frais (genre Saint-Môret)

- 1/2 boîte de concentré de tomates

- 6 cuillères à soupe de coulis de tomates

- 3 branches de basilic frais

 

Enlevez la peau du chorizo et coupez le en fines rondelles. 

Mixer tous les ingrédients jusqu'à obtenir une pâte homogène. 

Et c'est tout !
