Caramel a tartiner facile

4 tasses (800 g) de cassonade
2 c.à soupe (16 g) de fécule de maïs
1/2 lbs (110 g) de beurre
1 tasse (250 mL) de crème 35%
1 bouteille (500 mL) de sirop de maïs
1 c.à thé (5 mL) d'essence de vanille
1 conserve (300 mL) de lait concentré sucré Eagle Brand Etapes

Dans une casserole, porter à ébullition la cassonade, la fécule de maïs, le beurre, la crème, le sirop de maïs et la vanille.

Laisser bouillir pendant 10 minutes.

Retirer du feu et ajouter le lait concentré sucré Eagle Brand.

                                         À la gang, on sait tout.
