Bouillon à fondue chinoise

Préparation: 5 minutes

Cuisson: 5 minutes

Portions: 4


2 conserves (10 oz; 284 ml) de consommé de boeuf

1 oignon, moyen

3 gousses ail

2 feuilles laurier

1 sachet (environ 50 g) de soupe à l'oignon du commerce

1 c.à soupe (15 ml) sauce Worcestershire

2 tasses (500 ml) eau

1 tasse (250 ml) vin rouge



Sauce Tabasco


1 Mettre tous les ingrédients dans un chaudron.


Veuiller hacher l'oignon avant de mélanger.

10 gouttes de sauces Tabasco seulement.

2 Faire chauffer jusqu'à ébulition.

3 Mettre le bouillon chaud dans le plat à fondue.

                                         À la gang, on sait tout.
