Sauce tzatziki :

1 tasse de yogourt nature, égoutté quelques heures

3 petits concombres libanais, hachés

½ c. à thé de sel

2 gousses d’ail hachées

½ c. à thé d’aneth séché

1 c. à soupe d’huile d’olive

 Mélanger tous les ingrédients ensemble. Réfrigérer.

 Servir avec les souvlakis
