Egg roll pizza

1 lb (454 g) boeuf haché
1 piment vert, en cubes
1 oignon, haché
1/2 lb (225 g) salami, coupé finement
3/4 lb (340 g) pepperoni, coupé finement
6 tranches bacon, coupées finement
1 pot (19 oz; 540 ml) de sauce pizza (voir Section sauce)
1 paquet (908 g) de pâte à egg roll
1 lb de fromage Mozzarella râpée
1/4 lb de champignon coupé finement

[*:2cekm6by]Faire rôtir le boeuf haché, le pepperoni, le salami et le bacon.
[*:2cekm6by]Mélanger au reste des ingrédients (sauf la pâte à egg rolls) et incorporer la sauce à pizza.
[*:2cekm6by]Mettre au frigidaire pendant 2 heures.
[*:2cekm6by]Mettre dans la pâte à egg roll et cuire dans l'huile jusquà ce qu'ils soient dorés Se congele facilement
