Boucles a  la milanaise

1 lb (454 g) porc haché maigre
1 oignon, haché finement
1 piment vert, en dés
1 conserve (10 oz; 284 ml) de crème de poulet
1/2 tasse (125 ml) lait
1 cuil a the d'epice a steak ou fine herbes
1 1/2 tasse (375 ml) fromage mozzarella, râpé
1 tasse (250 ml) pâtes alimentaires en forme de boucles


[*:2ineeo3f]Cuire les pâtes à l'eau. Égoutter.
[*:2ineeo3f]Faire cuire le porc haché; égoutter le gras. Ajouter les oignons et le piment et faire dorer.
[*:2ineeo3f]Dans une casserole, fondre le fromage, la crème de poulet et le lait et les epices.
[*:2ineeo3f]Ajouter les boucles cuites et mijoter 10 minutes.
