Salade aux patates et jambon

4 tasses (1 L) pommes de terre, cuites, en dés
(ne pas trop cuire! vérifier aux 2 minutes)

3 c.à soupe (45 ml) cornichons sucrés, hachés
1/3 tasse (85 ml) échalotes, hachés
1/2 tasse (125 ml) céleri, haché

1/2 tasse de brocoli
1/4 tasse (65 ml) piment vert, haché
Jambon forêt noir, en D
1 c.à thé (5 ml) sel
1/4 c.à thé (1 ml) poivre
1 c.à the moutarde sèche
1/3 tasse (85 ml) mayonnaise

Sel d'ail et oignon

[*:39s8iwmj]Mélanger la moutarde et la mayonnaise, incorporer à la salade et remuer délicatement. Refroidir.
