Salade chinoise

2 tasses (500 ml) riz, cuit
Fèves germées, au goût
5 oz (160 ml) épinards
3 branches céleri, tranchées
1/2 tasse (125 ml) raisins secs
1 1/2 tasse (375 ml) champignons, tranchés
1 tasse (250 ml) piments verts, hachés
3 branches persil, hachées
1/2 tasse (125 ml) échalotes
Noix de Grenoble, au goût

Vinaigrette :
1/4 tasse (65 ml) sauce soya
1/2 tasse (125 ml) huile
1 gousse ail
1 c.à soupe (15 ml) jus de citron

Mettre tous les ingrédients de la salade dans un grand bol une heure avant de servir. Mélanger.
