2 filets de tilapia


Parmesan râpé


Étape 1:

Étendre une fine couche de mayonnaise sur le poisson, que d'un côté.

Étape 2:

Saupoudrer du parmesan sur la mayonnaise.

Étape 3:

Mettre au four a 400 C environ 15 minutes.

                                         À la gang, on sait tout.
