Cuisses de poulet a l'orange

Ingrédients

6 a 8 cuisses de poulet, avec dos, sans la peau

2 tasses (500 ml) jus d'orange

1 tasse (250 ml) sauce chili

4 c.à soupe (60 ml) sauce soya

2 c.à thé (10 ml) mélasse

1 tasse (250 ml) piments verts, en lanières

1 gousse ail, au goût

[*:2tep60j0]Dans un bol, tous les ingrédients ensemble sauf le poulet et les poivrons.

[*:2tep60j0]Déposer les cuisses de poulet dans une rôtissoire ou autre plat allant au four.

[*:2tep60j0]Verser le mélange sur les cuisses avec les poivrons.

[*:2tep60j0]Cuire au four à découvert à 300°F (190°C) pendant environ 2 heures.
