Creme de champignons

4 c.à soupe (60 ml) beurre
4 c.à soupe (60 ml) farine
1 1/4 tasse (315 ml) bouillon de boeuf
5/8 tasse (160 ml) eau
1 1/2 tasse (375 ml) lait
1 oignon
1 1/2 tasse (375 ml) champignons, tranchés minces

[*:3t03zpyu]A feu moyen, fondre le beurre et ajouter la farine, le bouillon, l'eau et le lait en brassant constamment.
[*:3t03zpyu]Ajouter l'oignon haché mince et amener à ébullition.
[*:3t03zpyu]Réduire le feu et cuire 15 minutes en brassant de temps en temps.
[*:3t03zpyu]Ajouter les champignons tranchés minces, ramener à ébullition à feu moyen, réduire à doux et cuire 5 min. en brassant de temps en temps.
