Crevettes à la créole

Ingrédients
1 1/2 tasse (375 ml) céleri, en dés
1 1/4 tasse (315 ml) oignon en dés
3/4 tasse (190 ml) piment vert en dés
2 conserve (10oz; 284 ml) de sauce aux tomates
1 conserve (28 oz; 796 ml) de tomates entières
2 gousses ail, émincée
1 c.à thé (5 ml) sel
1/4 c.à thé (1 ml) poivre
2 c.à thé d'oregan
1/2 c.à thé de basilic
Sauce Tabasco
1 lb (454 g) crevettes, déveinées, décortiquées, crues


Etapes

[*:1vejytuu]Combiner tous les ingrédients sauf les crevettes dans la mijoteuse.
(pour la sauce Tabasco; 6 gouttes seulement).
[*:1vejytuu]Cuire 3 à 4 heures à High ou 6 à 8 heures à Low.
[*:1vejytuu]Ajouter les crevettes 15 minutes avant la fin de la cuisson.
