Ingrédients

2 lbs (900 g) cubes de veau
1 sachet de sauce à mijoté, de marque French
4 tasses (1 L) eau
1 tasse (250 ml) céleri, en dés
1 poireau, en dés
2 tasses (500 ml) carottes miniatures, en rondelles
1 navet, en bâtonnets
3 tasses (750 ml) fèves vertes

Etapes


[*:3d6ab769]Dissoudre l'enveloppe de sauce avec l'eau.
[*:3d6ab769]Placer tous les autres ingrédients dans la mijoteuse. Verser la sauce sur le dessus. Mélanger.
[*:3d6ab769]Cuire 1 heure à High et 8 heures à Low.
[*:3d6ab769]A la fin, on peut épaissir la sauce en ajoutant un peu de farine.
