Jambon de mamie gigi

1 jambon dans l'épaule ou la fesse
1 bière
1 canette de 7 Up
½ tasse (125 ml) de mélasse

Faites chauffer le four à 350 °F (180 °C).
Mettez le jambon et tous les ingrédients dans une cocotte ou une rôtissoire.
Faites cuire de 4 à 5 heures, jusqu'à ce quel viande se détache facilement de l'os.


                                         À la gang, on sait tout.
