sandie Posted November 2, 2016 Share Posted November 2, 2016 au choix bière ou cidre 50cl 1 poulet fermier en morceau maïzena (fleur de mais) 7 carottes champignon de paris 500g 1 oignon jaune 2 échalote 3 gousse d ail 35 cl de creme liquide sel poivre thyms laurier romarin (ce que vous aimer comme aromate) faire dorer le poulet saler poivrer cote peau dans une cocotte ajouter les oignon et echalotte emincer ajouter les carottes en rondelle et les champignons en lamelle ajouter la biere ou le cidre laisser cuire 20 mn ajouter la creme mettre au four a 150°c pd 50 mn epaissir la sauce si besoin avec la maizena Quote merci Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
